Q: I completed my course online, are you going to report my course completion to DCJS?
A: Our system reports instantly the completion of your course. If the status of your course says “Complete” that means your course has been reported to DCJS.

Q: Do you issue refund if I purchased the wrong course?
A: Unfortunately, no, after the course is purchased, it will be accessible under “My Courses”

Q: I haven’t received my DCJS registration card yet. What do I do?
A: A Class Academy is a Certified Training School through DCJS, however we do not work for DCJS. If you have any questions or concerns about your status please contact DCJS first.
